Week Six: Synchronicity

When we begin to get in touch and accept our creative self-allowing time and space for exploration, development, and expression we begin to experience shifts in the world around and within us. From within we experience a sensation of peace, lack of stress, and fulfillment – even joy!. From without we experience moving outside of chronos time into kyros time. We experience a myriad of God’s blessing on a frequent basis.

How many times have you prayed over your finances, made a grocery list, and gone to the store only to find that everything on your list is on sale? This is synchronicity. How many times have you been puzzling over the solution to a problem (be it relational or creative), taken a walk and had the answer “drop into your head”. Synchronicity is the answer to prayers – even before we ask. It is angelic help. It is the solution showing up at the same time a problem appears.

Synchronicity is what happened to my parents (Jim and Eunice) when their huge tractor was sunk deep in the mud. Many local farmers stopped by, but were stumped as to how to get this 1000 lb. tractor back onto solid ground. In the meantime, God spoke to Randy and Sue to move from Montana to Detroit, and settle at MDCC. It’s the coming together of the solution at just the right time. Randy knew exactly what to do! He came out and within an afternoon had the tractor up and running. Not only that he loves nature and the great outdoors. He and Sue were so blessed to be at the farm that they are moving there with their motor home. Solution for everyone involved. Only God could have orchestrated an event so perfect in timing!

Synchronicity is what the world calls coincidences. I believe its Divine favor. God is FOR YOU discovering, walking in, and expressing the unique creativity He placed in you. It gives Him pleasure to help you! Expect the activity of angels to open doors, drop in ideas, and make relational connections that help you move forward creatively.

1. Look for; ask for Divine favor and blessing on your creativity.
2. Record what happens.
