Since I am doing this in an Open Blog Format, please be patient as I moderate the comments. What does that mean? It means when you post a comment it will not immediately appear. It will come as an email to me first for acceptance or rejection. This will enable me to keep comments appropriate, and yet have the most freedom of access for people from our website. Anyway, if it becomes to laborious and cumbersome I will close the blog and do it for invitation only. But for now --- if your comment doesn't immediately appear, please do not re-send and re-send.
